The best way to crunch up your fries

Prep your fries as short as possible before the order heads out.

Use vegetable oil to improve the health aspect.

Fill the basket for 1/2.

Fry for 3 minutes at 175°C.

Allow excess fat to drain off.

Pack your fries in a seperate cardboard box.

Make some tiny holes in the packaging so hot air can escape.

Put some kitchen paper beneath the fries to absorb moisture.

Got Sauce? Pack your sauces separately. No salt needed, we already added it for you.

No big deal. Our fries can be reheated in the microwave (when needed) and still keep their crunchiness. Reheating only takes 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave at 900 watts. Max crisp is assured up until an hour after cooking.

TIP 1: Make sure your box is robust, leakproof and easy to open. The customer will thank you for it.

TIP 2: Gently cutting about 10 tiny holes in your box will ensure your fries don’t get soggy by the damp. It’s better to lose some heat than to lose your crispness.
