Cooking instructions

Oven Chef's Roast

  1. Use a rational oven at 250°C with 0% humidity.

  2. Preheat your goose/duck/beef fat or vegetable oil in the oven for 5 minutes.

  3. Add your defrosted Chef’s Roast to the hot fat and gently toss.

  4. Bake for 15min.

  5. Give them a good shake or stir with a spoon or spatula.

  6. Then bake for another 5min.

  7. Take out of the oven and drain excess fat.
