  1. Prepare the creamy mashed potatoes according to the cooking instructions

Asparagus

  1. Boil the sliced asparagus in plenty of water with a pinch of salt and sugar until they are done, but still crispy. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes. Drain.

Codfish

  1. Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.

  2. Heat a pan with some butter and fry the cod fillets on both sides until golden brown.

To serve

  1. Place a portion of the mashed potatoes on the plate, arrange the cooked asparagus over it and place the fried cod fillet on top.
