  1. Prepare the croquettes according to the cooking instructions.

  2. Cut pork cheeks into 2 and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Melt knob of butter in stew pot and place the pork cheeks in the pot until nicely browned. Now take the pork cheeks out of the pot for a while. Chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in the casserole.

  4. Add the cinnamon stick, star anise and cloves. Tie the thyme and bay leaf together and add.

  5. Then sprinkle with the flour and stir well. Then return the pork cheeks to the stewpot and pour in the beer and stir well.

  6. Cut the apricots into fine strips and add them along with the mustard and salt and pepper.
