Prepare the hash brown stars according to the cooking instructions.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the black beans. Put the following together in a blender: the mushrooms with the garlic and onion as well as the black beans, paprika, egg and breadcrumbs. Make small balls of the mixture and let it stiffen in refrigerator for 30 min.

Melt the soy butter and brown the other onion, season with soy sauce and pepper. Add the flour and fry for 1 min. Add the vegetable stock and soy cream and let it thicken while stirring. Add a teaspoon of mustard.

Fry the meatballs for about 20 min until golden brown in the pan
or possibly 10 min in airfryer

Serve them with the sauce and some cranberry jam.
