For the mini beef burgers

Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.

Season the mini beef burger patties with salt and black pepper.

Grill the mini burger patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.

While the burgers are cooking, prepare the mini hash brown waffles according to the cooking instructions.
Assembly

Take a wooden skewer and slide on the following ingredients: a hash brown mini waffle, a piece of lettuce, a mini beef burger with melted cheddar, a slice of red onion, a pickle slice, another hash brown mini waffle, and finally, a small piece of sun-dried tomato.

Repeat this process for each skewer until all the ingredients are used.
