Ingredients

Agristo mini hash brown with chili

round zucchini

500 grams

minced meat

egg yolk

breadcrumbs

  1. Prepare the mini hash brown with chili according to the cooking instructions.

  2. Cut a lid from the zucchini and hollow it out with a small spoon.

  3. Finely chop the shallot and add it to the minced meat. Add 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, herbs and chopped parsley. Mix well and fill the zucchini. Place the lid on top and place them in a baking dish. Pour some olive oil over them.

  4. Place it in the oven for 30 min at 200 degrees.

  5. Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce. Peel 2 onions and chop them finely along with the garlic. Sauté these and then add the passata with the finely chopped basil and cherry tomatoes (cut in half). Let simmer for a while.

  6. Place the tomato sauce in the center of the plate and place a stuffed baked zucchini in the middle.
