Prepare the mini hash brown with chili according to the cooking instructions.

Cut a lid from the zucchini and hollow it out with a small spoon.

Finely chop the shallot and add it to the minced meat. Add 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, herbs and chopped parsley. Mix well and fill the zucchini. Place the lid on top and place them in a baking dish. Pour some olive oil over them.

Place it in the oven for 30 min at 200 degrees.

Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce. Peel 2 onions and chop them finely along with the garlic. Sauté these and then add the passata with the finely chopped basil and cherry tomatoes (cut in half). Let simmer for a while.

Place the tomato sauce in the center of the plate and place a stuffed baked zucchini in the middle.
