For the gratin

  1. Prepare the potato gratin with truffle flavour and mushroom according to the cooking instructions.

Preparing the grill

  1. Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.

For the sausages

  1. Place the sausages on the grill and cook them over indirect heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness and type of sausages, so use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 71°C.

  2. If you like, you can score the sausages with a knife before grilling to help them cook evenly and develop a nice texture.

For the steak

  1. Season the steak cuts generously with salt and black pepper on both sides. If desired, you can also marinate them in the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice for 30 minutes before grilling for added flavor.

  2. Brush the steak cuts with a little olive oil to prevent sticking to the grill grates.

  3. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook them for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your preferred level of doneness.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach your desired temperature (45°C for medium-rare, 71°C for medium, 77°C for well-done).

  4. Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes on a cutting board before slicing them.
