Potato slices with chicken marsala and pancetta and arugula

150 grams |
pancetta cubes |
150 ml |
marsala wine |
200 ml |
cream sauce |
3 tablespoons |
salted pistachios |

handful of arugula lettuce |

Prepare the potato slices according to the cooking instructions.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Heat some neutral oil and sauté the chicken breasts with some salt and pepper.

Take them out of the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil. Add the pancetta and garlic to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Pour in the Marsala wine and reduce to a third.

Roughly chop the pistachios and fry them briefly in the pan.

Place the chicken breast on the plate, pour the sauce over it, add some pistachios and some arugula!
