Potato slices are probably one of the best plate coverage products out there. Super easy to prepare and with an authentic look they give the impression as if they were cut by hand. An ingredient that will go perfectly with a lot of classic dishes.
  1. Prepare the potato slices according to the cooking instructions.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  3. Heat some neutral oil and sauté the chicken breasts with some salt and pepper.

  4. Take them out of the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil. Add the pancetta and garlic to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Pour in the Marsala wine and reduce to a third.

  5. Roughly chop the pistachios and fry them briefly in the pan.

  6. Place the chicken breast on the plate, pour the sauce over it, add some pistachios and some arugula!
