cabbage lettuce, washed and cut into strips |

carrots, grated |

red onion, finely chopped |

garlic, finely chopped |

paprika powder |
1 teaspoon |
cumin powder |
1 teaspoon |
oregano |

Salt and pepper to taste |

Greek yogurt or tzatziki for the sauce |

Prepare the ready salted straight cut fries according to the cooking instructions.

Heat a little neutral oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry until soft.

Add the chicken strips to the pan and fry until golden brown. Season with paprika, cumin powder, oregano, salt and pepper.

While the chicken is baking, heat the pita breads according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the grated carrots and sliced lettuce in a bowl.

Once the chicken is cooked, fill the warmed pita breads with a serving of chicken. Then add the lettuce-carrot mixture.

Garnish with a spoonful of Greek yogurt or tzatziki.
