For the round hash browns

Prepare the round hash browns according to the cooking instructions.
For the chicken tikka masala

Mix the Greek yogurt, tikka masala spice paste, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes and make sure they are well coated with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Heat 2 tablespoons of neutral oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and fry until soft and translucent.

Add the marinated chicken cubes to the pan and fry until cooked and lightly browned, usually 5-7 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened a bit.

Add the cream and stir well. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
For the cucumber and tomato salad

Mix the thinly sliced cucumber, tomato segments and thinly sliced red onion in a bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
