Prepare the Sidewinders® fries according to the cooking instructions.

Start by making the mayonnaise sauce. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set the sauce aside in the refrigerator while you prepare the burgers.

Divide the beef mince into 4 equal portions and form into burgers. Season each burger with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat. Place the burgers on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness. Place a slice of cheese on each burger and let it melt.

While the burgers are grilling, cut the burger buns in half and lightly grill them on the grill.

Build the burgers by placing a leaf of iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato, a few onion rings and the grilled cheese burger on the bottom half of each bun.

Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce over the burgers and top with the top half of the buns.

Serve the burgers with extra sauce and any extra lettuce, tomato and onion on the side.
