avocados, sliced |

large tomato, thinly sliced |

red onion, thinly sliced |
200 grams |
mozzarella, sliced |

A few handfuls of fresh lettuce |
|
Salt and pepper to taste |

Olive oil (optional, for sprinkling) |
|
Balsamic vinegar (optional, for sprinkling) |

Prepare the SIDEWINDERS ® fries according to the cooking instructions.

Heat a grill pan or regular skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the bread slices on the grill pan or in the skillet and toast them on both sides until lightly crisp and golden brown.

While the bread is toasting, prepare the remaining ingredients.

Slice the avocados, tomato, red onion and mozzarella as directed.

When the toast is ready, place a handful of fresh lettuce on each slice.

Top the lettuce with slices of avocado, tomato, mozzarella and onion slices.

Season the toasts with salt and pepper to your liking.

If you like, you can drizzle the toasts with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar for extra flavor.
