Straight cut fries

Our standard straight cut fries are ideal for contemporary menus that go back to the basics and want to keep it simple and pure. Being made out of only 2 ingredients, potatoes and oil, these fries maintain that typical, delicious pure taste when served.
  1. Prepare the straight cut fries according to the cooking instructions.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the minced beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Knead the mixture gently with your hands until everything is well blended.

  3. Divide the mince mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into burgers, about the same size as the hamburger buns. Do not make the burgers too compact or they may become tough.

  4. Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat. You can also use a regular skillet if necessary. If you use a grill pan, brush lightly with oil to prevent sticking.

  5. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired doneness.

For medium-rare burgers grill them about 4 minutes on each side, for medium about 5 minutes.

  6. While the burgers are grilling, you can toast the burger buns on the grill or in the oven until they are slightly crispy.

  7. When the burgers are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  8. Build your burgers by topping the toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, grilled hamburger, cheese and bacon.
