For the fries

Prepare the super crispy crinkle fries according to the cooking instructions.
For the chicken saté

Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and ginger powder in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer is better) in the refrigerator.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto soaked wooden skewers.

Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken satay for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and have nice grill marks.
For the sauce

Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, chopped garlic and chili flakes (if using) in a bowl.

Add water to thin the sauce to the desired consistency. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Taste the peanut sauce and add salt to taste.
