For the fries

Prepare the super crispy crinkle fries according to the cooking instructions.
For the salmon

Sprinkle the salmon fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped garlic and fry briefly until fragrant.

Place the salmon fillets in the pan skin side down. Fry them for 3-4 minutes on that side until the skin is crispy.

Carefully flip the salmon fillets and fry for another 2-3 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon, until cooked but still juicy inside.

Place lemon slices on the salmon during baking for extra flavor.
For the peas and spinach

Cook the frozen peas according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped garlic and fry briefly until fragrant.

Add the fresh spinach and let it shrink while stirring gently.

Add the cooked peas to the spinach and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
