Agristo seasoned waffle cut fries |

Cut slices of the goat cheese.

Stew the spinach with a finely chopped clove of garlic and some salt and pepper.

Cut strips of salmon 2 cm wide and roll them up.

Fry the seasoned waffle cut fries according to the instructions.

Place a slice of goat's cheese on top of the waffle cut fries, a little spinach and a roll of smoked salmon.

Finish off with some pink pepper balls.
